Please remember we are based in the UK so please order in plenty of time! Sometimes shipping to the US can take 2-4 weeks sometimes more in the festive season.
What can I expect to receive in my box?
You will receive 24 different Dashboards for your A5 or Personal ring planner. You will receive a random selection from designs already for sale in my shop.
A5 size: 148mm x 210mm
Personal size: 95mm x 171 mm
Please tell us in the notes section of your order which size you would like. You can have a mix of A5 or personal or just the one size.
All dashboards will be supplied punched with 6 rings.
Advent collections may vary so if you and a friend get one, your advents may be different. Totally random and a total surprise. Each item will be presented individually in a paper ‘candy’ bag with a number on the front, so you can open a new gift every day in advent. Some customers choose to leave them in the box or string them up over the fireplace or down the stairs. How will you display yours?
When will I receive my box?
The Brimbles Elves will be working hard at making and packing these for you as soon as your order comes in and as soon as it is ready we will send it to you. Please make sure that you order this item seperately as any thing purchased in the same order will be delayed as items will be sent out together.
Can I get a refund on my box?
We are aware that this is a mystery box and that you are buying items ‘unseen’ however you are receiving items at a reduced rate. The box being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items in a box that you may not particular care for. Please be aware that you are purchasing a mystery box and that we are unable to refund you for the box or part of a box if you simply do not like the items. A full refund or replacement will be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process. This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations formerly Direct Selling Regulations UK. Please do get in touch with us if you have any queries.
