Refund & Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders with the exception of digital downloads and Brimbles Boxes:
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days (unless otherwise specified on the item description) via 2nd class Royal Mail. We may occassionally experience busy periods such as when we have a sale running or at Christmas and we will aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders with a value that exceeds £20 are usually sent via 2nd class recorded / signed for. Proof of postage is always obtained. If you require your items to be sent in another way then please do get in touch so we can discuss this and I can provide you with a quote. Price stated for postage also includes packaging. Please note: We are unable to hold onto orders placed for a delayed shipping date.

International orders are very welcome – I ship anywhere. Please add items to your cart and a price will be calculated for you before payment is required.

I will notify you if there is likely to be any delay and so we can discuss the best possible outcome.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days from the due date so in reality this is more like 15 days from postage sent taking into account weekends. For International orders this is approximately 30 working days. In the event of a package being determined lost, a replacement will be sent immediately.

Digital Downloads:
On completion at the checkout you will be given the link to download your items immediately.

Brimbles Box:
Your first box will arrive depending on the date on which you signed up. All boxes ordered in a calendar month (GMT) will start with the following months box. For example if you order at any time in December the next box that you will receive is the  January Box. All boxes are despatched on the 1st of the month (or the nearest working day after if the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday) regardless of where in the World you are. Boxes are despatched from the UK and delivery date will vary according to your Country. In the UK you may receive this within 2-3 business days but in other countries this could take 2-3 weeks so please do bear this in mind. So if you ordered on 21st December, your January box would be despatched on 1st January (or the nearest working day to it if it is a weekend or bank holiday).

Refunds and Exchanges

All orders with the exception of digital downloads and Brimbles Boxes:

If you would like to return an item, items sent back must be in the original packaging and condition ready for resale. The return address will be on the address label of your package. Please mark your package clearly with ‘returned goods’ and include a note with your order details on the inside so we can match you up to your order and process the return. If you do not include your order details with your return we will not be able to process this. Please ensure you have paid the correct postage to return the items to us. On receipt of your items we will then refund you via the original payment method for the items. Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We cannot cover the postage fee in returning the goods to us. We recommend that goods are sent back via a trackable method for your peace of mind.

Digital Downloads:

As printables are an instant download I am unable to offer an exchange or refund so please choose your purchase carefully. All sizes are clearly available on the listing but if you are unsure on size please do get in touch before purchasing.

Brimbles Box:
We are aware that this is a mystery box and that you are buying items ‘unseen’ however you are receiving items at a reduced rate. The box being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items in a box that you may not particular care for. Please be aware that you are signing up for a mystery box and that we are unable to refund you for the box or part of a box if you simply do not like the items. Please take a look at our past boxes before ordering / signing up for a subscription to get a feel for the box and to decide if this is something that you would like to sign up to before placing your order. We share ‘sneak peaks’ of the theme of upcoming boxes so you can see a taste of what is to come. A full refund will be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process. Please note, if you cancel your subscription you may still receive that months box depending on when in the month you paid and when you cancelled and as such a refund will not be made if you cancel after you have already paid for that month. For example if you paid for the June box on 4th May but cancelled on 10th May, you will still have paid for the June box and that box will be sent to you at the end of May.
