All orders with the exception of digital downloads & Brimbles Box Subscriptions:
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days (unless otherwise specified on the item description) via 2nd class Royal Mail. We may occasionally experience busy periods such as when we have a sale running or at Christmas and we will aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please see our social media accounts for details of our sales and the anticipated processing lead time.
If an item is required for a certain special occassion / date it may be best to email us and double check we can meet this timesacale for you before ordering.
Orders with a value that exceeds £20 are usually sent via 2nd class recorded / signed for. Proof of postage is always obtained. If you require your items to be sent in another way then please do get in touch so we can discuss this and I can provide you with a quote. Price stated for postage also includes packaging.
Please note: We are unable to hold onto orders placed for a delayed shipping date.
International orders are very welcome – I ship anywhere. Please add items to your cart and a price will be calculated for you before payment is required.
I will notify you if there is likely to be any delay and so we can discuss the best possible outcome.
Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days from the due date so in reality this is more like 15 days from postage sent taking into account weekends. For International orders this is approximately 30 working days. In the event of a package being determined lost, a replacement will be sent immediately.

Brimbles Box Subscriptions
If you have signed up to the monthly Brimbles Box subscription via PayPal, you will be charged on the day you start your subscription and then on the same day every month. For example if you pay during August, the next box that you will receive is the September box. Payment is always taken in advance.
Brimbles Boxes ship within the first week of every month via 2nd class Royal Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, items sent back must be in the original packaging and condition ready for resale. The return address will be on the address label of your package: Mrs Brimbles, PO Box 694, PE29 9LG, UK. Please mark your package clearly with ‘returned goods’ and include a note with your order details on the inside so we can match you up to your order and process the return. If you do not include your order details with your return we will not be able to process this. Please ensure you have paid the correct postage to return the items to us. On receipt of your items we will then refund you via the original payment method for the items. Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We cannot cover the postage fee in returning the goods to us. We recommend that goods are sent back via a trackable method for your peace of mind.
As printables are an instant download I am unable to offer an exchange or refund so please choose your purchase carefully. All sizes are clearly available on the listing but if you are unsure on size please do get in touch before purchasing.
Ad-Hoc Mystery Boxes / Kits / Grab Bags:
We are aware that this is a mystery item and that you are buying items ‘unseen’ however you are receiving items at a reduced rate. The item(s) being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items you receive that you may not particular care for. Please be aware that you are ordering a mystery product and that we are unable to refund you for in full or part if you simply do not like the items. Once an order has been made we are unable to refund your purchase. A full refund will be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process.
This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations formerly Direct Selling Regulations UK.
