What can I expect to receive in my box?
You will receive 24 different stationery items. Some may be big and some may be small – if you add up all of the days, the RRP will total more than the cost of the box. In past years the RRP has been approximately £50.
We don’t like to tell you in advance as to what poducts will be in the box that will spoil the surprise! Some of the items that you could receive are: stickers, washi tape, pens, paper clips, notebooks, planner charms. This list is not exhaustive and you may receive any combination of items that have the combined retail value of at least the box price. Boxes may vary so if you and a friend get one, your boxes may be different. Totally random and a total surprise. Each item will be wrapped individually with a number on the front, so you can open a new gift every day in advent.
Please see the photos for an example of previous boxes but bear in mind that this year WILL be different. If you are a Brimbles Box subscriber there is likely to be items in the box that you have received previously throughout the year.
Advent calendars are aimed at adults and are of a more feminine nature.
When will I receive my box?
This is a ‘pre-order’ and your box will ship to you on 9th November 2016 by Royal Mail second class standard delivery. To the UK this usually takes around 2-4 days, Europe around 5-9 and the USA around 14 days. Any left over boxes after 9th November 2016 will be listed for sale until stocks last and will be despatched within 1-3 days of payment being received.
Can I get a refund on my box?
We are aware that this is a mystery box and that you are buying items ‘unseen’ however you are receiving items at a reduced rate. The box being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items in a box that you may not particular care for. Please be aware that you are signing up for a mystery box and that we are unable to refund you for the box or part of a box if you simply do not like the items. A full refund will be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process. This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations formerly Direct Selling Regulations UK.
